Sometimes there are cases in which evaCHILL starts leaking water, this article will help you better understand the cause of it and hopefully to completely get rid of the problem.
Perhaps the most common cause of water leakage is airlock forming in the water supply system. In order to see if that's the case, we can suggest that you take the cartridge out of the device and put a coin near the tray so that a gap forms between the cartridge and the inner surface of the device. In the photo you can see what exactly is meant by this (please, do not cover the small round hole).
