Reason 1:
this is caused by an airlock in the water supply system. This issue can be easily solved by yourself.
Here is what we suggest doing:
1. Remove the water tank, fill it, and place it back.
2. Tilt the device in the direction of the water tank (lift the right side if the water tank is on your left) and then lower it down again after a few seconds.
Reason 2:
there can be a problem with the cartridge.
To find it out, check if there is a spring in your cartridge like in the picture below:
If there is, it may block the water flow, if the water pressure in the water tank is not strong enough. Remove the spring and try using your cooler as normal after that.
