How to use the evaSMART menu (Model 1,2)

When you first start evaSMART it runs with preset default parameters.

Here's the home screen:	Control elements:

Menu points:

	Power button To switch the device on or off, press the power button. To switch to the Access point mode for Wi-Fi, press and hold the button for 5 seconds (you'll see "WiFi" on the screen).
	Brightness In this mode you can change the water reservoir brightness to your liking. Press the sun button and use the arrows to change the values between 1% and 100%. To decrease or increase the brightness quickly, press and hold the arrow button.
	Fan speed In this mode you can change the fan speed to your liking. Press the fan button and use the arrows to change the values between 1% and 100%. To decrease or increase the speed quickly, press and hold the arrow button.
	Colour button You can choose your preferred lighting colour for the water reservoir or you may also turn off this feature. To enable a colour playlist mode, press the colour button and hold for 3 seconds.
	User settings restore To restore the user settings, press a combination of the arrow buttons (not lit) and Power button all at once. To exit this menu point and get back to the main screen, press the Fan speed button. To confirm the user settings restore, press the Down button.
	Factory settings restore To restore the factory settings, enter the user settings restore menu point first, then press a combination of Brightness button, Colour button (these two are not lit) and Fan speed button all at once. To exit this menu point and get back to the main screen, press the power button. To confirm the factory settings restore, press the up button.
	Measurement units (°C, °F) For your convenience, units may either be in Celsius or in Fahrenheit. To change the units, please press and hold a combination of the arrow buttons (not lit) + Fan speed button or use the mobile application (Settings section).

What it looks like on the device:

	Switch on When you plug the device in a power source the first thing you'll see is a power button lighting up, then the "HI" screen and then home screen with in and out temperatures.
	Cartridge expired You'll see this notification after turning evaSMART on if the cartridge has expired and evaSMART needs you to replace it with a new one. * If you had received the device some time ago, please check this article: evaSMART CART ERR/EXP message.
	Wi-Fi Access Point mode Pressing power button for 5 seconds switches evaSMART to an Access Point mode for Wi-Fi (you'll see "WiFi" on the screen).
	Mobile device connected You'll see this icon when the connection to your mobile device (phone, tablet, etc) is established.
	Colour playlist mode Pressing colour button for 3 seconds enables playlist mode.
	Sleep Timer To set the sleep timer, press and hold the Fan speed button and select the time periods by pressing Up and Down buttons. Press the Fan speed button again to confirm your selection.
	Night mode To enable a Night mode, press and hold the Brightness button. Both the water reservoir lighting and screen will dim. To exit the mode, press the brightness button
	Switch off Press power button to switch evaSMART off.
